1. Cancellation of Course Enrollment

If you wish to cancel your course enrollment, you must contact us via email at info@bizgrowthproup.com.
Cancellation Period: You may cancel your enrollment and receive a full refund within 7 days of purchase if the course has not been completed or accessed beyond the initial module.
After the 7-day period, cancellations are not eligible for a refund.

2. Refund Policy

Full Refund: If you cancel your course enrollment within 7 days and have not accessed more than 10% of the course content, you are entitled to a full refund.
Partial Refund: If you have accessed more than 10% of the course content or the 7-day cancellation period has passed, you may be eligible for a partial refund. This will be assessed on a case-by-case basis, and refunds are not guaranteed.
Non-Refundable Fees: Some fees, such as certification or special access fees, may be non-refundable even within the cancellation period.
